When you select and pay for your choice from the pieces shown, I will carefully pack the piece in recyclable greenfill maize foam and and strips of packing cardboard. This will hold the pieces firmly inside a tough reinforced cardboard box which will be despatched by courier within the UK as soon as possible between 5 and 28 days.

I will organise tracking details to be emailed to you as soon as I have them.I don’t anticipate any breakage or damage with this careful packing arrangement. If your pieces is damaged en route please notify me immediately by email (info@nigelcalvert.glass) or phone (07771521367)

The cost of delivery within the UK is included in the price you have paid.

If you purchase a piece to be delivered outside the UK please contact me at the details above and I will endeavour to make the appropriate arrangements but reserve the ability to add an extra charge to cover the extra cost.

I am an artisan glass maker if you buy a piece that you are not happy with, you can return it to me, at your own expense. As long as the piece arrives in the same condition as it was when it left I will refund your purchase price.

I comply with the distance selling regulations and you have 14 working days from the day after your piece arrives to notify me if you would like to return your piece.
